Our Story
Susan & Sarah met when Sarah was Susan’s daughter’s teacher waaay back in 2010. When both eventually left teaching, they teamed up to start the MVP Real Estate Group, which quickly turned into a thriving team built on strategy, service, and a lot of laughter.
As the team grew (and grew… and grew), Susan and Sarah decided it was time to build something even bigger. They opened their own Listing Leaders franchise in Crown Point, creating a brokerage designed to support agents who want to grow, collaborate, and actually enjoy the business.
